The city of Puerto Vallarta is located on the western coast of Mexico and has, over the years, become one of the country’s premiere tourist destinations.  For couples that enjoy sun, entertainment and a city that has everything you could possibly need, this is a great place to take a holiday.  The region stretches for miles along the coast and each area has its own distinct flavor and charm, so if you don’t like the place you’re in you can easily move on to one that suits your needs better.  With a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining, splendid beaches and tourist attractions, you’ll always have something to do, whether you choose to stay on land or want to explore the sea.  Has anyone been to Puerto Vallarta before?  How would you say it measures up to other beach resort cities?
