Home to many amazing archaeological wonders, the city of Fez is one of the best-preserved in all of the country of Morocco.  With a careful attention to keeping their past intact, the Moroccan people have taken great efforts to ensure that this city’s culture has been preserved against the threat of modernization.  For couples that want to get away from the bright lights and big city, Fez is a perfect choice.  While there, you can see the oldest known university in the world, relax and take some time out at a medina or explore the many mosques and museums.  But just because Fez looks old doesn’t mean it doesn’t have all the modern conveniences, so you’ll still be able to find plenty of the great restaurants, shops, clubs and hotels that you’re used to.  Has anyone visited Fez before?  How friendly are the people there?
