Located at the southern tip of the country of India, the (hard to pronounce) town of Thiruvananthapuram is a great place to consider when you’re thinking of a couple’s vacation away from the States.  With a history that dates back for more than 3000 years, this amazing Indian city is filled with a rich culture.  The modern urban world rests side-by-side with the past, so you can explore the many cultural wonders while still having all the conveniences you could ask for.  Get out and see the city, the many sights and sounds and, perhaps best of all, the people.  Temples, fort, museums and parks - this city has a little bit of everything.  Has anyone been to India before?  Where did you visit while there?
