Living in Arizona, I go to 5 or 6 spring training games a year. You really get to see these guys up close down here and that man was pushing A-rod cocky. Killed me because I had the complete opposite idea about him before this year.
Cool story though...met Romero and Chris Taylor at the Elephant Bar near Peoria. Romero was still locked in after hitting the game winner, but I had a good 5 minute conversation with Taylor, awesome guy. Will be rooting for him in Tacoma big time.
