If you stop by the Salty Dog Club on a typical night you’ll find a well-mixed group of tourists and locals, having fun and drinking the night away.  With great drinks at cut-rate prices, it’s no wonder so many people are attracted to this Port Aransas dive bar.  It’s the typical dark and dingy spot that you might expect, but everyone there is welcoming and friendly.  They also have a couple of pool tables and dart boards in case you feel the need to keep busy while there.  No matter where you’re coming from or how young or old you happen to be, there’s a place at the Salty Dog somewhere.  Has anyone been to the Salty Dog before?  How was your experience there?
