Considered by many to be one of the best restaurants in the world, Biko in Mexico City is a dining experience that should be tried at least once if you happen to be visiting the area.  Bringing the best of traditional Spanish fare and spicing it up with a uniquely Mexican touch, the chefs at Biko create something that is both different and classic at the same time.  They also make sure to use only the freshest local ingredients, so everything they make is as good as it can be.  The restaurant can be a bit hard to find for many, but once you do you won’t regret the effort.  Has anyone eaten at Biko before?  Would you say it rates among the world’s best?
