Rafting the Zambezi River, Africa

For a truly challenging rafting experience

For an adventure in Africa that doesn’t involve going out on safari, consider trying your hand at some white-water rafting.  One of the best places to do this happens to be the ZambeziRiver, near the famous Victoria Falls.  This rafting trip takes you through a few countries, beginning in Zambia and finally finishing where the river lets out in Mozambique.  As the fourth largest river in Africa, this journey is an amazing 1670 miles long.  This is a Grade Five rafting challenge, however, so make sure you’re experienced enough to handle it.  For couples that like some serious excitement on their vacation, this is a must.  Has anyone visited Victoria Falls before?  What did you think of the scenery?
