Explore the Beauty of Minneapolis’ Churches

Few things made by man compare to the holy buildings we create. These often extravagant structures are a testament to the creativity and reverence of our entire species. The next time you have a day off, why not tour some of Minneapolis’ best churches and have a look for yourselves? CavalryBaptistChurch is one example. Coming in at more than 100 years old, the Romanesque architecture is simple yet magnificent to behold. Westminster Presbyterian is another amazing building.

Walking in Minneapolis

The next time you want to spend time with your special someone, try a nice walk through the city. Minneapolis has plenty to see and walking can be a romantic way to experience parts of the city you’ve never seen before. Try the Lake Harriet Loop, a nice, three mile trail through nature. And if the night is right, you can stop off and see a free concert afterwards. Or walk along the legendary Mississippi. The gorge between Minneapolis and St. Paul is a beautiful place to get away from it all.
