There’s a new health craze in NYC and it consists of boiled brew made from the bones of animals. Normally one would think that the bones of the animal get discarded. But apparently there’s a whole bunch of healthy stuff in there and one man is turning it into a drink/food product that he sells for an average of $4 to $9 a pop. Of course, it’s not just bones in that morning pick-me-up. For a few cents more you can add other stuff to spice it up a bit, such as chili peppers or mushrooms.
