You can go pretty much anywhere in Vegas and see some sort of extravagant building. Those who build the cityscape take great pride in making their creations the biggest and the best. Here are a few places to check out when you’re planning an architectural tour of the city. CityCenter is one unique modern construct. It’s a massive casino (like most of the other coolest buildings) and convention center that looks like it comes straight out of the future.

More people are single than not

A new Bloomberg report clinches it: single people now outnumber married people in the United States. Not by much, it's true - 50.2% of Americans are single - but it's still a profound shift in the way we live our lives.

The single person credibility gap

More people are single today than ever before, with 32 million single Americans, and even higher numbers in Japan and Europe. But if you look at ads, single people apparently have zero credibility. Why do I say this? Because in most commercials, if you look closely, everyone is wearing a wedding ring.

Single life: Enjoy your freedom

One great thing about being single is that you have so much freedom and control over your own life. This is the time to do that stuff you have always wanted to do, without having to worry about accommodating anyone else.

The question then becomes, what do you want to do? Years from now, when you are in a relationship, and you look back at these single years, what will you wish you had done? Another good way to brainstorm is to think of all the things you imagine yourself doing after you retire. Do those things now!
