There are streetlights, but they are dim and pointed down at the street (better for wildlife that way anyway), but there aren't... like, in #Portland, an apartment building has an exterior light on the porch and all the hallways and stairwells are lit, and businesses have electric signs, and people keep their houses lit, and... every #Other city I've been in has been better lit at night. #Single #Villon #Chat:2015-02-14_17:22
One of my #Horse friends lived in #Portland for a little while. Her little mustang, being so used to the drier climate here, was miserable.
