And no...I don't trade Smith for Sipp...you do NOT create more holes that you have to fill when you're trying to contend now, just to plug other holes. We should be looking to add...not to shuffle the deck chairs. Right now, Smith and Gutierrez are a dream team platoon. I don't break that apart, not for all the tea in #China, and certainly not for a solid lefty reliever. I would much rather spend actual #Money on a free agent reliever.

Part 2 - Malik Dime is not a freshman, but is new to the team as a Jr. transfer and he was a monster on the glass in the first game with 14 or 15 boards and 3 blocks I think? Looks like mostly dunks, boards and blocks from him at this point but we need those contributions. A couple other new out of state frontcourt players are Noah Dickerson and Devenir Duruisseau both are around 6'8" but solidly built for freshmen.

For you hoops fans out there the University of #Washington Huskies #Basketball team tips off their season tonight at 7PM in #Shanghai, #China against the #Texas Longhorns on ESPN. Quite possibly the most talented freshman class in school #History will see their first collegiate action, our own take on the "Fab Five". Don't know that we'll be quite that successful as soon as the Fab Five were, but exciting #Basketball with a super athletic team win or lose. Bonus points in the UW teams favor: they are super fan-friendly.

@taking That's how I've heard it, too. An old friend of mine's stepdad was an advisor to some #Government officials about #China, and that's all he did, I think--research and stay current on everything to report.

I just heard on Twitter about a huge explosion in a big city in #China, probably an oil storage depot. Scary!
