<p>The Chinese Ice #Hockey Association has handed out its longest suspension ever after a player intentionally assaulted another player with his stick. </p>
<p>Bingyu Lang, a 34-year old forward was suspended for life from playing or coaching. This decision came after he was found guilty by #China's winter sports authority of intentionally using his stick to assault an opponent.</p>
<p>According to IIHF.com, "Lang elbowed #China’s U20 team captain Peng Huang in the head and then used his stick to stab Huang in the mouth, causing 42 stitches in his cheek and the loss of three teeth."</p>
