Theater Watch: February Week Two
Looking to impress a date by taking them to a quality NYC theater performance? Here’s a brief list of some of the best shows on the stage for the coming week.
Twelfth Night - Players Theatre - Feb 13th through March 7th
Considered by many to be the best comedic play ever written by Shakespeare, it’s getting a new run at the Players Theatre. See the antics of a cross-dressing twin, separated from her brother and lost in a strange land, as she tries to find and woo the man she loves.
Churchill - Stage 5
This one-man show follows the life and times of one of the world’s most famous modern leaders, Winston Churchill. Using a series of flashbacks and stories told by Churchill himself, you’ll be walked through all of the man’s greatest achievements while learning more about his state of mind. It’s a great theater choice for those interested in history.
