For a great South American adventure, consider heading down to Salta in Argentina.  This is a place known for the unique wines that it creates and is a perfect place for a couple that wants to take a wine tour and try some of the best.  It also has the distincation of having the highest vineyards in the world at 5600 feet.  But there’s more to do here than just tasting wine all day.  Explore the salt plains or head to the Cabra Corral Dam and do some bungee jumping or rafting.  Go fishing or hike your way through the dusty landscape or the nearby rainforests.  Or just explore the great city of Salta itself.  Has anyone had a chance to go on a wine tour in Argentina before?
