Just a few hours south of the city of Denver is Colorado Springs and the Cheyenne Mountain Resort.  This amazing resort features rooms with great views of the spectacular surrounding landscape and makes for a great romantic weekend destination.  Swim in one of their four pools or lounge on the private lake with its sandy beaches.  Swim or rent a boat to go out on the water, or just relax in the steam room.  Head out for some nature at the nearby CheyenneMountainState Park and get some hiking in.  Or visit some of the world-famous sites, such as the Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Garden of the Gods park or the Cave of the Winds.  Does anyone have any recommendations on things to do in Colorado Springs?
