Pretty much everyone knows the name of John D. Rockefeller, but not too many people have had the chance to actually walk through the rooms and halls of this famous businessman’s former home.  Located out in Sleepy Hollow, New York, a journey to this extravagant man’s extravagant estate can be a great way to spend a day out of the city.  Roam through the six-story house, stroll through the gardens or take a look at Rockefeller’s old car collection in the Coach Barn.  You’ll also get a chance to view his collection of sculptures and artworks, many of them by some of the most famous names of our time.  And the tours are all guided, so you get to learn something in the process.  Has anyone ever been on an estate tour before?
