Tasty Finds: Grilled cheese rolls
Actually, I know a couple of people who don’t like cheese, period—and a few friends who can’t eat it, unfortunately. Cheese is my favorite food, so it’s particularly sad to me! For those of you who do love cheese, check out these super simple grilled cheese rolls.
Talk about decadence: check out this strawberry, basil and goat cheese Panini. If it were up to me, every single summer dish would either have strawberries in it or on the side, and this Panini is no exception. I’m definitely bookmarking this one to make later.
Speaking of cheesy goodness, would you like to make your own homemade ricotta cheese from scratch at home? Here’s a simple guide to making your own fresh cheese in minutes. The blogger says that if you can boil water, you can make fresh ricotta—so why not try it out?
Make a berry veggie mango smoothie with this recipe from Simple Dish. It sort of cheats because it includes some Naked juice as an ingredient, but hey, I’m all about less chopping time.
Check out these bourbon-laced blueberry julep pops. I must admit that I really want to have one of these, but maybe I’ll hold the bourbon. I’m not a big blueberry fan, but once you make something into a popcicle it’s much more bearable. Maybe it’ll be a good way to get my blueberries.
Want some scrumptious veggie side dishes? Try these parmesan encrusted carrots and garlic-roasted broccoli. Add these mushroom skewers for a really easy, meat-free meal.
For dessert, try this gooey Krispie ice cream dessert. I love Rice Krispie treats and I have a feeling this is going to be even better.
