Though the island of Oahu is certainly romantic enough, sometimes you just want to get out and have a nice couple’s adventure away from home. Luckily, the Hawaiian Islands provide plenty of great, nearby places to do this. Head to KeauhouBay on the big island and explore both the culture of Hawaii along with the beautiful lava flow beaches. Or spend a couple of nights in the Grand Hyatt on Kauai. This huge resort offers everything from idle Hawaiian-themed activities such as hula and luaus to some of the most spectacular beaches on the island. Or head to the ultra-luxurious Grand Wailea hotel on Maui. There you can enjoy their specialized scuba pool or just lounge around in Hawaii’s largest spa.
