The city of Nashville may not be a haven to those that enjoy visiting animal-centric attractions, but there are still several great places in and around the city where animal lovers can spend some time. For those that enjoy these sorts of outings, consider making one of these spots into a date destination. The Nashville Zoo is the easiest to get to and offers a variety of exotic animals to see. If you don’t mind making the long drive, TennesseeSafari Park is another great place. You can drive through the park and see all the rare and endangered animals that make their homes there. Or do something more unusual by heading to A Cowboy Town for some horseback riding, fishing and camping adventures.
