the ump was for that game, but he was TERRIBLE.  I disagreed with Wak sending RRS out there to start the seventh but of both of the "walks" RRS gave up to start the frame there were only two out of the total 8 balls that were actually out of the strikes zone.  And it was that bad all game for both pitchers.  That Ump didn't help anyone.  It was confusing for everyone involved the pitcher, the batters and the people watching :)  I guess in that case it does probably favor the pitcher as the hitter has to guess weather that pitch down the middle will be called a ball and if the pitch a foot outside will be called a strike.
Seriously  that ump was terrible.
 
How about them M's though!!!  ONE run over an entire weekend series given up and 3 wins!!!  Sucks that the offense still can't hit their way out of a wet paper bag (7 runs for us all weekend), but I will take a series sweep any way we can get it!
