If you’re looking for a new place to toss back a few drinks and enjoy some live music, head to downtown Austin and check out Mohawk.  They serve up cheap and strong drinks to keep you happy while you enjoy the show and dance the night away.  There’s plenty of room to move around here and the venue attracts all types, so you’re bound to meet someone interesting while there.  Come for the music and bring a date along.  Or just stop by alone and see what they have to offer.  Has anyone been to Mohawk before?  Did you see any good bands while there?
