Eze, France

Spend a quiet holiday at this cliffside town

Located on the southern coast of France, overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean Sea, the tiny village of Eze is an amazing place to take a romantic holiday away from the big city.  This is an old, medieval village, complete with a castle and other hundreds-of-years-old structures, so it’s perfect for those that love historic sites.  The views from Eze are spectacular, with no blinding lights of the city to block them out.  Better yet, it’s just a short ways to bigger cities such as Monte Carlo, so if you feel the need to get back to a more familiar environment it’s no trouble.  It can be pretty pricey to stay in Eze, but the atmosphere makes it well worth the cost.  Has anyone been to Eze before?  Is there anywhere you would recommend staying while there?
