Paul is a fun pitcher who started with SUCH a bare base as a pitcher that he's working through an adjustment phase.  Community college to pro ball is a steep leap.  I've got an eye on him too.
And yes, there are several other players who are fringy-notable, but if they step up we can note em in the second half for sure.
