Plague of "Crazy Ants" terrorizing Texas

They love electronics, and swarm in the billions

A new invasive species was first spotted in Texas in 2002 and has since grown to epic proportions: the Raspberry crazy ant (named after the man who first discovered them, an exterminator named Tom Raspberry). The ants like to nest in electronics, and “come pouring out” in tidal waves, truly mind-boggling numbers, piles of ants, billions of ants, ants everywhere, do you feel a little tickle inside your pants leg now?
