NOLA

A casual yet high-class spot for some Southern-Cajun cuisine

The very aptly titled NOLA is a great restaurant in New Orleans that puts together a mixture of Southern-styled and Cajun food in a way that elevates it to a fine dining experience.  If you want the classiest of Creole eateries, this is the place to check out.  Everything is prepared not just to excite the tongue, but to create a dazzling aesthetic presentation.  It’s a pretty popular place and has very limited hours, however, so make sure to put in your reservation early.  Bring along a date and you’ll be sure to impress at this brilliant restaurant.  Has anyone eaten at NOLA before?  Is there anything on the menu that you would recommend trying first?
