Located close by the University of Texas, Cactus Café and Bar is the right place for people looking for a place where they can enjoy some great live music while they drink.  For more than thirty years now, this bar has been hosting some of the best up-and-coming musical artists in the world.  For a night out in Austin that is relaxed and fun, this is one of the better options.  It is an all-ages venue, however, so be prepared for a diverse crowd of music lovers, from teenagers to old folks.  Whether you want to just get a beer or make an entire night of it, Cactus Café is a good option.  Has anyone been to Cactus Café and Bar before?  Did you see any famous acts before they hit big?
