Nothing is as classic as the dinner and movie date, but finding the right movie is important to making sure that special someone isn’t bored to tears or running in fear. To help you out, I present the best of this week’s releases, so you can plan ahead.

Hot Tub Time Machine 2 - The hot tub that moves people through time is back, this time with a different twist - it’s taking people into the future. If you’re a fan of the original, expect the same sort of humor from the same team that brought you the first one. A good date movie for those that want a few laughs.

McFarland, USA - This inspirational movie is based on the true story of a group of Latino runners who form a cross-country team. Against all odds, they become champions and their coach learns more about their culture and values in the process. If you’re looking for something dramatic and moving, this might be your best bet.
