Is Kivlehan, at age 24, still in HD? Man, roll him into AA......or AAA.. He's a year and a half older than the league average, he beat it up last year, too. Bump him up. This is where baseball is different than every other professional (team) sport. Baseball see's a 24 year old with tools as a "kid" in the sense that he's not yet able to play with the "men." It is why I advocate moving your hitters up very quickly. We could use a 3B in Tacoma (is Tenbrink hurt, BTW), or a 1B (thanks to Choi). OK, maybe Tacoma is a big bump, then just get him to AA. All the same, we're letting Ty Kelly get in the way of moving up a RH mashing IF? Sheeeesh.
- Seager gets the guy out and then gets him un-out.
- Another young pitcher gets burned for a crucial homer. This time Medina.
- Iwakuma slated to pitch for Tacoma on same day as Erasmo for Seattle -- probably not a conincidence.
- Morbanwagon sighting!
- And Kivlehan bashes the desert ... again!
