Storm Player Recaps
Enjoy your favorite 2015 moments

Any Seattle Storm fan knows that 2015 was not the team’s most glorious year. That said, there was still plenty to celebrate and enjoy, especially when it comes to your favorite Storm players. That is why it is always a good time to sit back and remember the various player highlights from the year. Over the season, the Storm women have released compilations of their most memorable moments in highlight reels and recaps to do just that.

This week, the Storm paid tribute to Jenna O’Hea’s year at the Storm website. Of her career, O’Hea said, “I’ve been known as just a three-point shooter and I think this year I worked pretty hard at developing other aspects of my game.” Her main focus this year was to alter that perspective and create herself a new image. How do you think she did? Be sure to visit the site to see the season recaps Jewell Loyd, Markeisha Gatling and other favorite players. You can check out some of the players’ own feelings about the season, such as Loyd’s comments, “For me to realize that I’m in the WNBA, I’m here everything is happening, the speed of the game. It was good for me to see that and assert myself in other ways.”

Sometimes a picture speaks far greater volumes than words, and it is also fun to take a look at each player’s season in pictures. If you visit the team’s Facebook page, you can check out O’Hea’s year in pictures as well as the photos highlighting the rest of the Seattle Storm players. There are great action shots, like when O’Hea dribbled during the game against the San Antonio Stars this past summer, or when she blocked Minnesota Lynx's Renee Montgomery in a near-midair leap this past fall. That photo was shared quite a bit after the game, too.

Each player has her own fun recap album at the page. Some players, like Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis, have many more photos. Mosqueda-Lewis’s album includes a candid shot of her throwing water balloons during the LifeWise Storm 360° Super Fan party, a really fun moment for fans to enjoy, as well as more intense shots, like the player facing three opponents from Minnesota Lynx blocking her shot during a game in September.
