Kevin Ess (Schumacher) Fundraiser
Well wishing is great … here's how to HELP :- )

.

Kevin Schumacher (Kevin Ess at MC) had a tooth abscess develop into a dire infection of his heart and lungs.  Lonnie Mathis of Mariner Central advised us of Kevin's situation in this Mariner Central thread.  Dr. Grumpy and others have called our attention to it on this site.

Jason Churchill of Prospect Insider has set up a convenient fundraiser page right here.  You grab a debit or credit card, fill out three or four data fields, and you're done.  At the time of this writing, there was $900 raised on the first day, at this particular donation source.  The target is $10,000, a target that was indicated apparently by a relative, Gary Schumacher.

Not that it's pivotal to the effort, but we all like Kevin Ess really well.  Kevin has always been a very pleasant, forwardgoing, and sincere man in his relationships at Mariner Central.  Always have considered him a friend.

Life delivers some hard knocks, but it delivers some beautiful things, too.  Imagine Kevin recovering here and finding that his internet friends have written him a large check, to help with his challenges.  He'll remember it --- > from now on.

At times like this, prayer takes on a rather different perspective, doesn't it?  Five hours before this writing, the doctors "liked the progress Kevin was making."

Thanks Lonnie, Jason!

Warmly,

Jeff
