Mexican Coke may start using HFCS

Coke aficionados know that if you want the real taste of Coke, you have to pick up bottles of the stuff made in Mexico. Coke made in the rest of the world is sweetened with HFCS, but in Mexico they continue to use cane sugar... but for how long? The Mexican government recently passed a steep soda tax, and Coke's Mexican operations are saying they may have to start using HFCS in order to cut the cost. (Jerks.)

Border Field State Park

While traipsing along the border between the United States and Mexico may seem like a tense, even sad activity, Border Field State Park is actually a beautiful area in which to visit. You can see for miles from the beach, gazing at the endless ocean together to the tune of waterfowl and wading birds. There’s also plenty of things you can do together at the park, from surf fishing to hiking trails. You can even ride horses in the park if you desire. Have you ever visited Border Field State Park? Media Hijinks - Movies into TV, Movies in the Future and… The Batfleck!

First up on this week’s list - you guessed it - the announcement from Warner Bros. that Ben Affleck will be taking on the mantle of one of the most beloved super hero characters in the world.  Yes, Affleck is Batman.  It’s official, it’s a done deal and it may be for quite a few movies.  So fanboys and girls best wipe their tears away and deal with the situation, for in two years time (summer 2015) we will see Affleck donning the cape and cowl.  Is this a good thing?  Some fans feel so strongly that it isn’t that they’ve actually formed a petition to get WB to rescind their decision.  Wow, some people really have nothing to do with their time.
